For most events, a single photographer delivers excellent coverage. For larger events — think 200+ guests, multiple simultaneous stages, or events where we need both wide crowd shots and close-up moments — a second photographer can be arranged. We'll advise on what's right for your event.

Edited images are typically delivered within 48–72 hours of the event via a private online gallery. For events with a PR or press angle where you need images the same evening, we can discuss a rapid turnaround workflow in advance.

Yes — while we're based in London, we cover events across the UK and internationally. Travel costs are agreed in advance and kept transparent.

The more context the better. A run of show or schedule, a list of key moments or people to capture, any branded elements or backdrops, the venue layout, and your intended use for the images (press, social, website, internal comms). The more we know in advance, the better the coverage on the day.
